Rules & Regulations

To secure your slot at the Pickle Ball Garage, please note that we require full payment upfront before any booking is approved. Once you have made the payment, kindly send a screenshot of your receipt to our page for confirmation. Please be aware that we have a strict no cancellation policy once a booking is approved. In the event of rain, we offer flexibility: if it rains before your match starts, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling your game; if it starts raining within 30 to 60 minutes of your play, a 50% refund will be provided.
Payment First: Bookings will only be approved once payment is settled.Proof of Receipt: You must message the page with a screenshot of your payment receipt.
No Cancellations: Once your booking is approved, it cannot be canceled.
Weather Policy (Before Game): If it rains before your session, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Weather Policy (During Game): If it rains within 30 to 60 minutes of your start time, a 50% refund will be issued.
