General Policy
Bookings made through CourtSniffer may be cancelled subject to the cancellation rules shown on the venue listing, booking flow, confirmation details, or other venue-specific terms presented at the time of reservation.
Because operating models differ between venues, some bookings may be fully cancellable, partially cancellable, non-refundable, or subject to credits depending on timing and the venue's posted policy.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as early as possible through your account dashboard or the official support/contact channel associated with the booking.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated abuse of the reservation system may result in fees, forfeited payments, temporary booking restrictions, or account review.
Venue or Platform Cancellations
CourtSniffer or the venue may cancel or reschedule bookings affected by maintenance, emergencies, unsafe conditions, force majeure events, operational errors, payment verification failures, or circumstances that prevent the reservation from being honored as booked.
When a venue- or platform-initiated cancellation qualifies for compensation, the applicable refund or credit treatment will follow the Refund Policy and any venue-specific commitments disclosed during booking.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Approved reschedules may retain the original payment, apply a new rate, or require payment adjustments depending on the updated timeslot and venue rules.
No-Show and Abandoned Bookings
If a user fails to appear within the venue's grace period or abandons a confirmed reservation without notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may no longer be eligible for cancellation relief, refund, or credit.
Disputes
If you believe a cancellation outcome was incorrect, please contact CourtSniffer using the support pathway available in the platform and include your booking reference plus a clear summary of the issue.
